Still Curtain NFL Week 14 Picks

The Still Curtain staff picks winners for each game on the NFL Week 14 schedule.

With just four weeks left to play in the NFL regular season we are down to one undefeated team, a few teams with just a couple of losses and a whole bunch of middle of the pack teams. It could spell blowouts for the first round of the playoffs or it could mean that a team ending on a hot streak could upset.

Here at Still Curtain we are not only a bunch of nerds who follow the Steelers tirelessly but we are also a bunch of nerds who follow the NFL tirelessly. Therefore we put our money (or maybe just our pride) where our mouths are and make picks on every NFL game on the schedule each week.

We don’t mess around with point spreads or anything like that. Just straight up picks.

The NFL week begins with Minnesota traveling to Arizona in the hopes of rebounding from last week’s 38-7 thumping by the Seahawks. If they don’t want Green Bay to snatch back the NFC North lead from them they’re going to need a win on Thursday night.

LeSean McCoy makes his return to Philadelphia as a member of the Buffalo Bills after his controversial trade this offseason. And Tom Brady-taught Brian Hoyer along with Bill Belichick-taught Bill O’Brien will try to give the Patriots their third loss in a row for the first time in thirteen years.

The Steelers face the Bengals in some AFC North road action in a game with major implications on both sides. With a win the Bengals will clinch the AFC North Division title and legitimize themselves as a force in the AFC, without of course an actual playoff win yet.

And if the Steelers win they’ll keep themselves in reach for a playoff spot making teams at the top of the AFC pretty nervous should they have to face them.

Justin and Jesse took the Week 13 win with 12 winners each. Remy is starting to stretch his overall lead out with four weeks left to go.
