Maybe it was too much to hope for, that the Texans could knock off the Bengals a week after handling the Browns. In spite of Andy Dalton throwing a pick six and only going two for four in their trips to the red zone, the Bengals were able to handle the Texans by basically keeping the ball for almost twenty minutes more in the game. The Bengals also out-rushed the Texans 139 to 64 yards on over twice as many rushing attempts. Looks like A.J. Green is back to full strength as he racked up twelve receptions for 121 yards. The Bengals offense seemed to neutralize J.J. Watt by getting the ball out quickly and it worked. Dalton wasn’t sacked at all during the game and the Bengals advanced to 7-3-1 to retain the lead in the AFC North division.
