Donte Moncrief: stock – so far down it’s unbelievable

Moncrief makes another appearance on the stock report, and it is not looking good. He had another significant drop today, and that was enough to see him on the bench the rest of the day and, hopefully for our sake, the season.

Moncrief was the marquee offensive signing of the offseason and was expected to be the number two receiver this year. That is not happening, and he is burying himself in a hole he may not get out of.

Ben Roethlisberger may say he has faith in him publicly, but internally you have to think the drops are weighing on Ben’s mind as he looks for a target in the passing game. Mason Rudolph’s first career interception is on Moncrief’s hands….or bouncing off them.

Stephon Tuitt: stock – up

Tuitt has been a brute force since entering the league but has battled health issues the last couple seasons. Tuitt looks to be fully healthy, and it showed against Seattle.

Tuitt was credited with 2.5 sacks in the game and made his presence felt. He also opened the lane for Watt to get his sack.

Tuitt is a crucial piece along the Steelers defensive line and having him healthy is essential to the defense. Tuitt and Cameron Heyward are two very underrated defensive linemen in the league and having the pair together helps the front seven tremendously.
