James Conner and Jaylen Samuels

I had to add both running backs as they both had a great game. James Conner scored on a beautiful pass play and had to break a few tackles into the endzone.

The stats for both players were nearly identical. They both were given 10 carries and had 8 receptions. Conner took the ten carries for 42 yards and Samuels had only 26 yards but scored a rushing score.

The offensive play calling was unique and featured getting the running backs in position to make plays. They were used as rushers and receivers and targeted often, there were sixteen targets to the backs. They were converted into 83 yards for Conner and 57 for Samuels. They both ran hard and the offensive line looked great opening holes and giving Mason Rudolph time to throw.
