5 best moments from the Pittsburgh Steelers week 5 match up vs the Eagles
Ben Roethlisberger was looking in Chase Claypool’s direction all game and it paid off.
Rookie wide receiver Chase Claypool scored his 3rd touchdown in as many quarters off of a screen pass in the red zone. The touchdown was set up with the Steelers getting a massive gain on the ground using a reverse to Ray-Ray McCloud. Then, on first and goal after an apparent injury to Fletcher Cox, Ben would find Claypool before he runs into the endzone.

It was a simple screen. They stacked wide receivers on the left side and gave Claypool a chance to hit paydirt again. It was a simple play that went really well. Chase Claypool was going off the whole game. It was nice to see a Steelers rookie just flat out take over the game. It had been a close first half. For the Steelers to be able to get straight down the field, and then score on their first play in the red zone was comforting. It set a tone for a rapid-fire series of possessions for the Steelers starting the second half.
