Bud Dupree vs. Ty Sambrailo

The myriad of injuries in the NFL this year has been devastating. No matter the fandom, no one ever wants to see a player go down – knowing the risk they put themselves at on every play. Unfortunately for the Titans, LT Taylor Lewan suffered a torn ACL, and the Steelers will sorely miss LB Devin Bush with the same injury.

The blow to the Titans could prove to be even more devastating. Not from the talent aspect, but that the drop off is so significant for Tennessee.

Expect backup T Ty Sambrailo to come in and step up, who in his first play after replacing Lewan against the Texans gave up a strip-sack to Houston’s J.J Watt.

His first start since being benched in 2018 by the Atlanta Falcons, he faces a stellar defensive line and will be matched up against the likes of Bud Dupree. Dupree is Pittsburgh’s sack leader (5.0), but he also ranks third in QB hits (10), and fourth in tackles for loss (4).

Coming off his best performance of the year against the Cleveland Browns, in which he posted four tackles, two sacks, 2 QB hits, and two TFL, he’s in great form to be in for a game-changing impact.
