Bud Dupree makes a huge play in the red zone for your Pittsburgh Steelers.

Bud Dupree has been having a great year in 2020. He drew a tough Matchup having to primarily face off against Ronnie Stanley coming into this game. Pittsburgh decided to move him around a little more and that gave him the opportunity to do what he does best.

He times his swat perfectly to get the ball out of Lamar Jackson’s hands before the throw and it gives the Steelers defense a bit of a break. Aside from the first defensive touchdown, it seemed that penalties and injuries were becoming standard in this Matchup. Bud Dupree’s forced fumble right here kind of slowed everything back down for your Pittsburgh Steelers.

This is the kind of thing stars do. In big moments, when things look like they might get out of hand, they find a way to stop momentum for the other team or even generate momentum for their own. We don’t know if Dupree will be dressing in the black and gold past 2020, however we can appreciate these types of plays and moments for what they are now. These are the kind of plays that keep teams in games.
