Devin Bush, Linebacker

Devin Bush makes this list as he is coming off his worst season in the NFL for his young career. He is still young and could bounce back after having an entire offseason to rebound from his previous knee injury. He needs to bounce back and make a difference to rekindle his career.

His potential is what got the Steelers to jump up into the top ten and select Bush in the draft. He showed that potential on gamedays before a knee injury ended his season a couple of years ago. He seemed to be struggling in 2021 with recovery but hopefully, he can shake that injury off.

He still has time and youth on his side but 2022 is going to be a huge year for this player. He has had enough time to come back from the knee injury so this season will show where he is at in his career. He needs to show the team what he has left for now and into the future to garner a contract.

This linebacker is not in jeopardy of losing his roster spot, but he could potentially start missing out on snaps. Myles Jack was just signed, and he could start becoming the main linebacker for this defense if Bush isn’t careful. Jack and Bush kind of share the same traits and they could work well together or take away from each other’s snap counts.
