C.J. Mosley

Pretty much since the Ravens drafted him, Mosley has been a centerpiece of the Ravens’ defense. Not only does he lead the Ravens in tackles, he is one of the most consistent inside linebackers in football.

Mosley is another big reason why the Steelers and James Connor had trouble running the ball the last time out. His presence in containing the run game is why they continue to be successful against it. He’s not Ray Lewis, but Mosley still does a fantastic job in helping plug gaps and taking on blocks.

Like Tony Jefferson, Mosley is also listed as questionable this week so far. He did not practice on Wednesday, which is still too early to tell if he will get a helmet or not on Sunday afternoon. His absence would be nearly impossible for the Ravens to fill. Either way, the Steelers have to prepare for him to be in the middle of the Ravens’ defense come Sunday and adjust accordingly if somehow he isn’t.
