Ka’imi Fairbairn

Fairbairn has created a pretty solid career since entering the NFL but enters free agency with questions as to whether or not he’ll be resigned. If the Texans don’t bring back the 25-year-old, he’ll be a strong, young option and one the Steelers should bring in.

What may be the deal-breaker in Houston could be his five missed field goals in the last two years. Despite hitting 37 of 42 tries in 2018, Fairbairn could be on the lower end of the free agency list.

Pittsburgh’s kicking competition could feature some of the brightest young kicker in the league, but with an abundance of veterans at the position, they could be be missed during the early stages of open market. If no one comes calling early, the Steelers will have options in their kicking competition.
