The Colts vs The Steel City Curse

Spooky! This Halloween weekend features one of the greatest curses in the NFL.

Since moving from Baltimore, the Colts have only won in Pittsburgh… ONCE! That matchup was in 2008.

The Steelers since then have averaged 48 points a game at home against the Colts. Though they will be without Ben Roethlisberger (obviously) the Steelers might still have a boost with this history on their side.

A win would put the Steelers at 4-4. If the Ravens manage to drop their game against the Patriots, they are only one game back from first place.

To make things worse for the Colts, the only game they eclipsed 20 points on the road was a loss to the Chargers–where Steelers Nation took over five weeks later.

Maybe it’s just superstition, but I always feel like some habits and trends are just the way they are. Whether its Pittsburgh getting beat down in Foxboro or not covering the spread against inferior opponents, the Colts curse in Pittsburgh could be their undoing.
