Jarvis Landry (hip/ribs) Doubtful

Jarvis Landry did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday and that throws a kink in things for Sunday. He is dealing with multiple injuries and I think it would be best if the Browns gave him a chance to heal. Dealing with multiple injuries and not practicing makes me think the standout from LSU will not dress.

Baker Mayfield (chest): Questionable

Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield has a chest injury but I can’t imagine it is too serious or that he will be out for Sunday’s matchup. Mayfield has been very average in his third-year but the Browns rely on him to lead the offense. NFL veteran, Case Keenum, is on the roster and could be used if Mayfield is unable to go.

Larry Ogunjobi (abdomen): Questionable

Ogunjobi has been limited for the first two days of practice and that is a sign he could play on Sunday against the Steelers. The Browns would like him to be at a place where he can go on Friday. Ogunjobi is a good defensive tackle in the Browns front four scheme.

Jacob Phillips (knee): Doubtful

Jacob Phillips was supposed to get more playing time but he has struggled with a knee injury. Injuries can really derail a young player’s career especially when they don’t have a first-round draft pedigree. The Browns need him back because they see him as a part of their future.
