Steelers injury report: Pittsburgh gets a banged-up Browns team Sunday

Baker Mayfield (chest): Questionable

Mayfield is listed as questionable, but I think that is just to get the Steelers to take time to prepare for Case Keenum. Mayfield practiced fully on Friday and I expect him to play against the Steelers on Sunday. There is a chance he doesn’t but I think the odds are that Mayfield starts for the Browns.

Odell Beckham Jr. (illness): Questionable

Odell Beckham Jr. did not practice on Friday because of an illness but I think that will be okay for him. I usually notice these NFL players only need two days of rest when they are sick. I give Odell Beckham Jr. better than 50 percent odds of playing and being the Brown’s go-to receiver.

Jarvis Landry (hip/ribs): Questionable

Jarvis Landry was limited on Friday with a hip injury and a rib injury. Landry is questionable but I give him less than 50 percent odds of playing against the Black & Gold. This is a big loss as Landry is one of the better slot receivers in the league. Still, there is a reasonable shot that he could be dressed for this game as he was able to log one limited practice.
