Cincinnati Bengals: Tycen Anderson, DB, Toledo

The Bengals just made a Super Bowl appearance, so there can’t be too much wrong with their team the way it stands today. However, that makes whatever is wrong all the more urgent of a problem to fix, and Cincy clearly failed to get that memo.

There has only been one thing complained about this entire time with Cincinnati, and that is its ungodly offensive line. However, do you want to take a guess as to how many of the six Bengals picks were used on it? One, and it was used on Cordell Volson, an OT from North Dakota State of the FCS.

The rest of their picks were spent on the defensive side of things, headlined by not one, not two, but three defensive backs. So obviously, the most confusing pick here would be the third one taken, and that is Tycen Anderson.

He’s not a bad grab by any stretch of the imagination, but the circumstances under which he was selected prove that Cincinnati is still a feeble-minded organization at heart.
