Steelers season never truly ends for Steeler Nation so while the offseason starts to heat up we’ll be busy looking for mentions of your Black & Gold so we’ve got you covered. Here’s your Steelers Morning Huddle for Sunday, Mar. 20th.

It’s madness I tell you

This time of year everyone is huddled around their brackets and the nearest TV waiting to see if the upset they predicted will come true or if the favorite they’re riding to the finals will stay the course. Teresa Varley reminds us that even the Pittsburgh Steelers aren’t exempt from March Madness.

The NCAA Tournament brings out the anger and excitement in everybody even if you’re not a college basketball fan. Le’Veon Bell’s Michigan State Spartans have already been eliminated; busting thousands of brackets along with them but linebacker Anthony Chickillo still cheers for his Canes.

You can check the Steelers’ bracket right here.

Former Steelers defensive coordinator

Dick LeBeau

is in the process of forming himself another Burgh south of the Mason-Dixon Line. Just this month, according to

ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler

, LeBeau and the Titans have signed four former Steelers players via free agency.

Cornerback Antwon Blake and linebacker Sean Spence are the most recent signings and the Steelers made neither a priority in re-signing them. Titans nose tackle Al Woods spent three seasons with the Steelers before signing with Tennessee and cornerback Brice McCain spent one year in the Black & Gold before getting picked up by Miami and now landing with Tennessee.

I’m sure it will work out just fine.

Sticking by Bryant, for now

Last weekend we were all shocked to learn that Steelers receiver Martavis Bryant was looking at a season-long suspension for again violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy. The more we learn about the ordeal the more we still don’t know.

Mark Kaboly of the Trib explains that it could have either been a combination of more failed drug tests or missed drug tests that could have led to the suspension. We also don’t know if Bryant is actually entering rehab like his agent suggested he would last week.

Next: Steelers visiting with linebackers

One thing we do know is that the Steelers organization is sticking by Bryant, for now. They have no reason not to. His 2016 salary of $600K will be credited on the salary cap and they’ll also get a credit of $109,805, a prorated portion of his signing bonus he now owes them for violating the substance abuse policy.

Looks like we’re going to have to wait a whole year to see where this is going to go.
