"31. Pittsburgh Steelers- Jimmy Smith, CB, Colorado Jimmy Smith has been mocked as high as No. 9 to the Dallas Cowboys, but his off-the-field issues are starting to come forward once again.Even with character issues, Smith is a very talented cornerback. I just can’t see him sliding all the way to the second round of the draft."

I’m very surprised to see this pick.  Jimmy Smith has had a bunch of character questions that has put him in jeopardy for this year’s draft.  Skipping out on workouts and constantly making up excuses raises a bunch of red flags.  And, I would think the Steelers would think twice, or even a thousand time before taking this guy.  We see that the Steelers hate controversy and off the field problems with players already on the roster – so long Santonio (and almost Ben for that matter).  Why would they even consider bringing that kind of trouble into the locker room?  Smith should not even be a consideration – for any team.  Mike Pouncey update: the particular mock has the Bears and their terrible O-line picking Pouncey as the 29th pick.
