Steelers Film Room: Can You Hear The “Whimper” Of Big Ben?
By Nick Kelly
Final Thoughts
If the Steelers want to be successful in both the passing and running game, it becomes vital that the front five stay healthy throughout the season. Now I would not be very realistic if I thought this was almost a sure thing, so we have to accept the idea that at one point, the backup offensive lineman will be filling in for hopefully no more than a few games.

After watching Guy Whimpers film, all I can say is, Steelers fans, pray that Mike Adams and Marcus Gilbert stay healthy! Unless Whimper completely turns around his play this next season, we should all be deathly afraid if he has to fill in at all. But, of course if Whimper does have to play at some point this season, I will cheer loud for him because the standard is the standard, as Coach Tomlin likes to say.
We actually don’t even know that Guy Whimper will make the team, but if he does, you can be sure you will hear the “Whimper” of Big Ben.
