The Pittsburgh Steelers look to continue building momentum on the early part of the season after running all over the Carolina Panthers last Sunday night. The Steelers face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at home in Heinz Field. The field should be in decent shape… decent, that is, for Heinz Field…. after the Pitt Panthers received their own thumping at the hands of Akron on Saturday afternoon. The weather looks good with mostly cloudy skies, a light breeze, and temperatures around the mid 70’s.
The game can be seen on Fox as long as you live in PA, WV, most of Ohio, and most of Florida. The majority of the country will be forced to watch the Packers and the Bears during the early slot. Check out the map below. The announcers for the game are Thom Brennaman and David Diehl. Brennaman is well suited for play by play. I honestly haven’t heard David Diehl in his color commentary yet since he is new to Fox as of this season.
As usual, if you are tired of hearing the announcers, you can always mute the boob tube and switch on Billy and the Boys over at DVE and listen to the game that way.
