NPC's Week 7 NFL Picks

We are inching towards the midway point of the 2014 NFL season and each week reminds us that anything can and will happen on Sunday afternoons.

Here at Nice Pick Cowher we are not only a bunch of nerds who follow the Pittsburgh Steelers tirelessly but we are also a bunch of nerds who follow the NFL tirelessly. Therefore we put our money (or maybe just our pride) where our mouths are and make picks on every NFL game each week. We don’t mess around with point spreads or anything like that. Just straight up picks.

The Thursday night game features the Jets and Patriots rivalry that has brought us good times in the past. Most importantly, the butt fumble. Never forget the butt fumble.

Other divisional matchups this week include Seattle trying to recover from their recent home loss against Dallas traveling to St. Louis, Kansas City trying to knock off the hot San Diego Chargers, and the New York Giants will try to continue their dominance in Jerry’s World as they face the Cowboys.

The Steelers have the Monday Night Football game this week at home against the Houston Texans and there is legitimate concern over who will score more between J.J. Watt and the Steelers offense. Still, the Steelers are winning only every other game so far this season so if you want to go with those odds this week is the win. Seems legit.

I was victorious over the rest of these chumps last week and retain my lead in the overall standings. Let’s see who’s got the goods to knock me off this week.
