For the second time this season, an NFL bus has been involved in a traffic accident. Pro Football Talk reports that the Ravens’ team bus (or six of them) were traveling from the airport to the hotel in New Orleans where they will take on the Saints in Monday Night Football and one of the buses struck a car. No injuries were reported but I’m sure that Steve Smith will find some way to blame the accident on being released by the Carolina Panthers somehow. Smith already made it a point to say he was using his leftover Panthers salary to take a vacation during the Ravens and how he loved playing in prime time so that “ex-girlfriends” can see him play and wish they hadn’t dumped him. We get it, Steve, you’re still bitter the Panthers dumped you. Get over it dude. It’s a tired act now.
