Playoff Bracket
If the season ended today, then the Steelers would face the Bengals in Cincy in the 5th seed vs. 4th seed Wild Card game. The season doesn’t end today, so let’s pull out the ol’ playoff generator and make some predictions.
Conservatively, I’m going to say the Steelers lose a close one to KC but trounce the Bengals in Week 17. The Ravens win out and KC wins their final game against the Chargers.
Here’s how the bracketing would look:
1st Seed: Patriots – Bye
2nd Seed: Broncos – Bye
6th Steelers vs. 3rd Colts
5th Chiefs vs. 4th Ravens
The Steelers could very well win out the next two games, win the AFC North Division, have the 4th seed, lock up a home game in the Wild Card game, and most importantly enter the playoffs extremely hot coming off of a four game win streak. But, I think realistically, we’re looking at the Steelers grabbing the 6th seed.
