The Cleveland Browns seem to think there is some kind of race to who can have the worse offseason in the NFL. One of their quarterbacks is in rehab, their best wide receiver is suspended for at least a year, and they may have just been caught in one of the dumbest cheating scandals ever.
Browns GM Ray Farmer is facing NFL suspension and the team is looking at losing draft picks after Farmer was caught texting advice to coaches on the sideline during games. It’s a direct violation of the NFL’s electronic use policy and mind numbingly stupid for a GM to do. It’s so bad that the only quarterback on the Browns roster to have won them games, Brian Hoyer, is probably counting down the days till the free agency period begins. Way to go Browns!
