11. Minnesota Vikings

player. 60. Now remember this isn’t based on my big board, but it is said that Kevin White is though of as the best receiver in the draft by the majority of teams. If that’s the case then the Vikings would be ecstatic to take him here. The selection of Cordarrelle Patterson hasn’t worked out up to this point and Teddy Bridgewater needs a legitimate #1 receiver to reach his ceiling.. Wide Receiver. West Virginia. Kevin White. 11

12. Cleveland Browns

Alabama. Amari Cooper. 12. player. 53. I have no doubts that Cooper is the best wide receiver in the draft, but NFL teams do, someone will be lucky to nab him in the middle of the round. He has the ability to separate, soft hands, and is a threat in the open field. He’ll be an immediate help to this Browns offense that desperately needs a receiver.. Wide Receiver

13. New Orleans Saints

15. According to a report that came out two days ago, NFL teams are not scared about Peters’ off the field issues. If that is the case then it wouldn’t surprise me to see him go very high come April. Peters would provide an awesome counterpart to Keenan Lewis in the secondary and hopefully make that defense less like warm butter.. Cornerback. Washington. Marcus Peters. 13. player

14. Miami Dolphins

player. 59. Wherever one of these guys goes in April, the other one won’t be far behind. The Dolphins have arguably the most underrated corner in the league already, but adding Waynes would send their defense to the next level. We’ve all seen what having two corners who can shut down in man-to-man can do for Seattle’s defense.. Cornerback. Michigan State. Trae Waynes. 14

15. San Francisco 49ers

Louisville. DeVante Parker. 15. player. 42. Colin Kaepernick has not worked out thus far and if the 49ers are still looking for him to be their franchise quarterback they need to get him better weapons to work with. I still believe Michael Crabtree is a legit #1 receiver, but the 49ers refuse to use him like one, they obviously need a #1 they will utilize. Cooper is exactly that.. Wide Receiver

16. Houston Texans

10. The rich get richer on the defensive line. With J.J. Watt ingrained at one DE spot, Brown could prove to be another beast on the line wherever the Texans choose to use him. His versatility to play either NT or DE in a 3-4 will make him highly valuable.. Running Back. Texas. Malcolm Brown. 16. player

17. San Diego Chargers

Clemmings is far from a finished product, but he has tremendous athletic potential to build on. The Chargers could have a starting offensive tackle spot open this coming season and Clemmings would be a good choice to fill it. I wouldn’t count on him to be a blindside protector quite, yet but he should be a good RT early.. Offensive Tackle. Pittsburgh. T.J. Clemmings. 17. player. 13

18. Kansas City Chiefs

18. player. 124. Strong seems to appeal far more to other people than he does to me, but I certainly see why. He’s better at the catch point than any other receiver in this class. He could provide a nice contrast to Kansas City’s other small receivers.. Wide Receiver. Arizona State. Jaelen Strong

19. Cleveland Browns (via Buffalo Bills)

53. Shelton, to me, is a nose tackle who struggles to win with power. For a man his size, Shelton should be able to push people backwards at will but he struggles to do so. He’s rumored to be though of highly in NFL circles, though, so he should be a first rounder in April.. Defensive Tackle. Washington. Danny Shelton. 19. player

20. Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles have massive cornerback issues and Rowe is a massively underrated player. This is pretty much a perfect fit. Rowe would immediately step in as the Eagles’ #1 corner on the perimeter.. Cornerback. Utah. Eric Rowe. 20. player. 54
