11. Minnesota Vikings

Alabama. Amari Cooper. 11. player. 60. The Vikings will be the happiest team on earth if Cooper is somehow available at this pick. Teddy’s high school teammate will provide a true number one target for the QB.. Wide Receiver

12. Cleveland Browns

Wide Receiver. Louisville. DeVante Parker. 12. player. 53. The Browns were already in a need for a receiver to be Josh Gordon’s counterpart, but now that Gordon is suspended DeVante Parker will be whoever is quarterbacking’s number one target.

13. New Orleans Saints

Shane Ray. 13. player. 15. Shane Ray isn’t worthy of a pick this high, but his athleticism is rumored to be highly valued by NFL teams. He should win directly off the snap enough to provide a decent starter, though.. Defensive End. Missouri

14. Miami Dolphins

player. 59. Waynes torched the NFL combine, but that isn’t what makes him a very good cornerback. Waynes’ skillset on the field will make him a great counterpart to Brent Grimes.. Cornerback. Michigan State. Trae Waynes. 14

15. San Francisco 49ers

Washington. Marcus Peters. 15. player. 42. Peters has his share of off the field issue, but he is undeniably talented on the field. He will provide a solid #1 corner to a 49ers team who could lose Chris Culliver in free agency.. Cornerback

16. Houston Texans

16. player. 10. The Texans already have one of the most fearsome front sevens in the league, but the addition of another stud lineman will only make them better.. Defensive Tackle. Texas. Malcom Brown

17. San Diego Chargers

Ereck Flowers. 17. player. 13. Flowers really isn’t that good of a tackle, but his size and athleticism seem to be intriguing NFL teams. He certainly has a high ceiling to develop.. Offensive Tackle. Miami (Fla.)

18. Kansas City Chiefs

Jaelen Strong. 18. player. 124. The Chiefs receiving corps is so bad that they couldn’t even muster a single touchdown between all of them last year. Strong struggles to separate but he is a monster at the catch point.. Wide Receiver. Arizona State

19. Cleveland Browns (via Buffalo Bills)

Oregon. Arik Armstead. 19. player. 53. The Browns have become leaps and bounds better but they still need a quarterback. Since they aren’t going to find on here, they upgrade the most important position group on a team, the defensive line.. Defensive End

20. Philadelphia Eagles

54. The Eagles system may cloud how bad the QBs who have played for them the past few years actually are. Brett Hundley isn’t polished in any sense right now, but he has a high ceiling and fits perfectly in Kelly’s system.. Quarterback. UCLA. Brett Hundley. 20. player
