On Tuesday of last week the Philadelphia Eagles and Buffalo Bills pulled off the token blockbuster trade of the year trading running back LeSean McCoy straight up for Bills linebacker Kiko Alonso. Reports initially were that Shady was considering holding out and not very happy about the trade.

He’s probably happy now that the Bills have given him a new five-year contract worth $40 million with $26.5 million guaranteed. That’s enough to make anyone happy to play football in a city most known for cold weather and losing.
