It’s that time of year again when it’s time to speculate on which team will be featured on HBO’s Hard Knocks training camp documentary series this summer. The Cleveland Browns are among the teams who can be forced by the NFL to participate, if there are no volunteers.

The criteria for being forced to participate in the series includes no other franchise volunteering, not having a first-year head coach, not having been to the playoffs in the past two seasons and not previously appearing on Hard Knocks in the last ten years. For television purposes, being as big of a train wreck that the Browns are is probably what shot them to the top of the potential candidates list. You know you’re going to watch it, don’t even lie.
