The New York Jets and New England Patriots have taken their rivalry to the executive level. Based on comments made about cornerback Darrelle Revis made by Patriots owner Robert Kraft, the Jets filed tampering charges even though they were the ones to eventually sign Revis to the monster deal in early March.
Maybe this will make the league realize just how stupid and pointless their “tampering” rules are and that not a single team abides by them.
