The NFL was in a punishing mood on Monday when they also handed out punishment to the Cleveland Browns and their GM Ray Farmer for the stupidest and most Browniest scandal in ever. The league announced Monday that Browns GM Ray Farmer would be suspended without pay for the first four games of the 2015 regular season.

The Browns were also fined $250K but will not lose a draft pick over the violations of the NFL’s electronic device policy when it was discovered that Farmer was texting from the coaches box down to the sidelines during games. The Browns didn’t gain any competitive advantages from the texting because they’re still the Browns and was probably Farmer texting winky-face emoticons after plays that he liked.
