The NFL recently made Sarah Thomas the first full-time official and Arizona Cardinals Coach Bruce Arians thinks that a female NFL head coach might not be far from being next. Arians was asked when he thinks the NFL would have female coaches and he sees it as a possibility.
"“The minute they can prove they can make a player better, they’ll be hired.” – Bruce Arians"
It’s probably going to take a scooch more than that but more female coaches that come up from the high school and college ranks the more can get their chance at the NFL. I’m sure all the macho fans and players won’t have any issues with that at all.
