Tony Romo is calling for a Cowboys Super Bowl win in 2016. Bold statement from a player who has never even seen a conference title game. Last season they jumped off of their 8-8 carousel to a 12-4 record and a playoff win. But, this season, they have a giant DeMarco Murray-sized hole in their backfield that they planned to fill with Darren McFadden.
There will probably be rumors that the Cowboys will look to trade for Adrian Peterson all the way up to the trade deadline this year but Cowboys executive VP Stephen Jones dispelled the idea of trading draft picks for a veteran running back.
I don’t know about Super Bowl when the Cowboys will have to figure out how to get passed Murray and the Eagles twice this season just to win the division.
