Steelers vs. Raiders: TV schedule, radio, live stream

It’s time for the Steelers to get back to winning football and Sunday they’ll have their work cut out for them when the surprisingly not horrible Oakland Raiders come to town. The 4-3 Raiders haven’t won more than four games in a season since 2011 so perhaps they’ve already peaked this year.

The last time these two teams met was on October 27th in Oakland with the Raiders winning 21-18. I feel like Ryan Clark could still be searching for Terrelle Pryor from the opening drive 93-yard touchdown run he burned them on back then.

The Steelers desperately need a win this week as all four of their losses have come from AFC teams and their playoff hopes are slowly fading away. With Ben Roethlisberger in his second game back from a knee injury the offense hopes to be sharper and more productive than the 10 points they put up against the Bengals last week.

The Steelers defense will look to contain Derek Carr, Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree. Getting back Stephon Tuitt on the defensive line can surely help in that task and safety Will Allen hopes to return from his injury on Sunday as well.

Tuitt spoke this week on how anxious he was to get back out on the field to help his team.

"“I feel like right now we have enough arrows up. You never want to be hurt. You want to go out there every Sunday with your guys that you do all training camp with. When you aren’t able to do that you get down. But you have to stay positive. It’s a long season. When you look at me I am fortunate that I had my injury and am able to come back.” – Stephon Tuitt"

On top of that Steelers Nation will be anxious to see if newly acquired return man Jacoby Jones will take the field and if Tomlin might trip him on the sidelines just for old time’s sake.
