There is still a race for the top spot in the AFC North. All be it small, there is a chance the Steelers take top spot in the division. There are two games left in the 2015 season and if Cincinnati loses both while Pittsburgh wins both the Steelers will take the division and the Bengals will drop to a Wildcard.

55. The Steelers hold the top spot in this week’s AFC North power rankings after their big win at home against the Denver Broncos. Pittsburgh is boasting the number two offense in the NFL and are averaging a whopping 35 points in their last six games. The defense is ranked 24th overall but this is rather misleading as they are fifth against the run and forth in total sacks with 40. They are also fifth in the league in takeaways and while they have been trying all season to tighten-up on yards allowed as well as opponents’ points, this defense can be dangerous and there is no time like now to get even better.. 56. Well The Bengals went to San Francisco and got the needed victory to keep things moving in the right direction for them. In Andy Dalton’s absence, AJ McCarron was efficient and he really has been so far but the rhythm of the team is going to be compromised as Dalton’s return is week to week and with his thumb immobile there will be discomfort once he resumes throwing. Monday night in Denver we will get a much better idea of how resilient this team is and where they may be headed.. (11-3). Previous: 2nd. Cincinnati Bengals. 2. team

3. team. 53. The Browns and Ravens do not have too much to cheer about this season but with both of them closing out the season playing the Bengals and Steelers it is sure that they will play as hard as they can against their rivals. I’m giving the edge in placement here to the Browns because those Ravens uniforms were harder to stomach than anything the Browns have come out with.. (3-11). Previous: 4th. Cleveland Browns

26. Current starter and third string quarterback Jimmy Clausen threw for two touchdowns and two interceptions last week against Kansas City mildly improving from his previous start against Seattle. They may put up a fight against the Steelers Sunday so the Black and Gold needs to keep rolling.. (4-10). Previous: 3rd. Baltimore Ravens. 4. team
