how all

James Harrison

had to do was hold up a sign and it took off as support came in from all over the place for the Steelers. Using the hashtag “Here We Go” the Steelers got a showing of support from former players, celebrity fans and their Pittsburgh neighbors. All the feels.

Here we go indeed.

That’s Ben’s music they’re playing

ESPN’s Sal Paolantonio reported on Saturday that Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was going to make the trip to Denver (as if that was in question) and will most likely start today against the Broncos. Roethlisberger is listed as questionable after suffering a sprained shoulder in Saturday night’s 18-16 win over the Bengals.

Roethlisberger practiced in a limited capacity on Thursday and Friday this week, making a limited amount of throws on Friday. Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said that Roethlisberger made all the throws he was requested to make in practice on Friday.

What we’re missing

CBS Sports writer Jared Dubin reminds us that we know what the Steelers offense looks like without Le’Veon Bell, we know what it looks like without Martavis Bryant and DeAngelo Williams. We even know what it looks like without Ben Roethlisberger. What we don’t know is how this offense will look without the best receiver in the NFL, Antonio Brown.

Next: Who steps up for Antonio Brown?

We’ll find that out today. The pressure is on Bryant, Markus Wheaton, Heath Miller and Darrius Heyward-Bey to go out against the league’s top defense and perform. Fitzgerald Toussaint and Jordan Todman will split the carries on the ground.

If all these guys can step up we won’t have to focus on what we’re missing today.
