The Steelers are in Cincinnati hoping to turn their four-game winning streak into a five game winning streak.
While the team gets ready for some good old fashioned AFC North road action we’ll be busy looking for mentions of your Black & Gold so we’ve got you covered. Here’s your Steelers Morning Huddle for Sunday, Dec. 18th.
Every girl crazy about a sharp dressed man
The Pittsburgh offensive line is one of the best units in the NFL. They’re taken good care of by their quarterback. ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler says that Ben Roethlisberger treated his linemen to fresh threads for the holiday season.
In exchange for keeping him clean, he’s been sacked only 16 times in the last 12 games, he splurged on custom suits for ‘’the Big 5” – Alejandro Villanueva, David DeCastro, Maurkice Pouncey, Ramon Foster and Marcus Gilbert.

No hard feelings
There’s a lot of talk about the potential tensions in this game between the likes of Antonio Brown, Le’Veon Bell, Adam Jones and Vontaze Burfict. Mike Florio of PFT says that Burfict has put last year’s incidents behind him.
His hits were responsible for the injuries of both Bell and Brown, Brown’s coming in the AFC Wild Card Game that also gave him a concussion and contributed to Burfict’s three-game suspension to start this season.
Burfict has only been penalized so far once this season since coming back from suspension. Hopefully he’s learned that playing dirty only hurts him in the wallet.
Whatever it takes
Sometimes it seems like people just want Antonio Brown to be a diva wide receiver. The fur coats, fancy cars and endorsement deals certainly may suggest a diva-type person but in reality Brown is all about the team.
He spoke at his locker after practice on Friday about how the passing game has slowed down as of late. He explained that whatever is needed to win the game is what he’s on board for whether that means Le’Veon Bell is running the ball or he’s making the plays.
