How does Budda Baker fit the Steelers?

When you think of Steeler football and defense, you think of hard-hitting and play-making. The defense has fallen short of that in recent years but has gotten back on track as of late.

Picking up a safety like Baker would only continue to rebuild the defense in Pittsburgh. Baker can play center field for a team all day and still come up to the line and make a big tackle when needed.

With Baker’s versatility in coverage, his physicality and love for the game, Pittsburgh would be a great landing spot to begin his career. Combining his passion and physical style of play would make it hard for fans not to love this player.

Pairing Baker and Sean Davis in the defensive backfield would create a dynamic safety duo in Pittsburgh. This duo would not be Ryan Clark and Troy Polamalu, but I have a feeling they could make their own mark on the organization for years to come.
