Cameron Heyward

As the leader of this defense, Heyward has high expectations for 2017. The seventh-year player has yet to make a Pro Bowl but has been a part of a defense who has struggled since he joined.

Now, this defense is ready to run the NFL, and Heyward is going to be the face of it. As long as he can bounce back from a torn pectoral muscle that he suffered in the team’s ninth game of the 2016 season.

He may not have played a game in awhile, but Heyward is still one of the best defensive ends in football. As long as defenses have to worry about the entire edge rushing core and a more developed linebacker squad, Heyward is going to get a lot of looks at the backfield.

This is going to lead to a big statistical season for the former Ohio State product. While the entire defense is going to make noise, Heyward will be earning his spot on one of the biggest stages in football.

As long as he can pull down somewhere near 50 tackles and find his way to the quarterback a few times, there will be no denying him a spot in the 2017 Pro Bowl.
