Martavis Bryant

Antonio Brown is a given. The Steelers can be playing anyone, and you’d be dumb not to have the league’s top receiver in your starting lineup.

Then, there’s Martavis Bryant. He’ll play the wide receiver two role in Pittsburgh, won’t face any pressure from the Browns’ top corner and is poised to have just as big of a game as Brown, but without the pressure from Cleveland’s defense.

Most people have Bryant on their bench as a “maybe” starter this season. Well, unless your starters are Antonio Brown and Julio Jones, put Bryant in your starting lineup.

Briean Boddy-Calhoun will most likely stick on AB all game, meaning it’s Bryant vs. Jamar Taylor. Yeah, maybe Taylor isn’t that bad of a cornerback, but he certainly isn’t good enough to stop Bryant, especially on deep routes.

Pittsburgh is going to blow Cleveland away in Week 1. So, expect a ton of big plays early just to get some separation before halftime. Maybe he won’t put up 100 yards a half, or even see the field come the fourth quarter. But Bryant is going to have a huge week, and you’ll be happy you made the last minute decision to put him in your lineup.
