5. Steelers Shut Down Vikings’ Offensive Stars
I’ll leave the debate over whether or not Sam Bradford is a “star” to the reader, and admit that the Vikings started Case Keenum today. It still must be said that Minnesota has some exciting players on its offense, and the Steelers managed them well today.
Third-year receiver Stefon Diggs had himself an evening Week 1 against the Saints on Monday Night Football, with seven catches and two touchdowns on eight targets, while the Steelers held him to two catches for 27 yards.
