Pittsburgh Steelers Injury Report: Secondary not fully in tact with short week
The Pittsburgh Steelers will face secondary trouble in their Thursday night game against the Tennessee Titans.
On top of losing Joe Haden for 5-6 weeks, the Steelers are likely looking at a Thursday night matchup with multiple defensive backs missing. As their mid-week injury report was released, many names in their secondary popped up with only two days before gameday.
Although the team didn’t even hold a walk-through, they still release an injury report on what would have happened if they participated in a practice. With the Tennessee game giving them only three days to recover, players coming off of injuries in last week’s matchup with the Colts won’t get much opportunity to prove their health before Thursday.

It’s clear the Steelers are dealing with more than Tennessee at the moment, but with the way the season has gone, Pittsburgh is used to handling injuries. When these two face off Thursday night, expect a much smaller list from both teams on the final injury report.
