Six wins in a row for the Pittsburgh Steelers has the fans and players excited moving forward. Like usual, this charismatic bunch made their joy known to all their fans on social media.
Even in a close game, the Pittsburgh Steelers are excited for the win. A game-winning field goal at the end of regulation was not how they expected to beat the injured Green Bay Packers, but a win is a win.
Like usual, this team celebrated with themselves and fans on social media. Your typical “Business is Boomin” and “Great team win” tweets and instagram posts were expected, but this week, there was a little more.
After not playing in his first NFL game, JuJu Smith-Schuster, who missed Week 12 with a hamstring injury, caught the attention of many fans. Posting on Instagram how upset he was to miss the game not only rallied the fans behind him, but proved to everyone that he’s someone who wants to be on this team.
As a major aspect of the offense this season and moving forward, Smith-Schuster is hoping to get back on the field by next week. With Martavis Bryant and Eli Rogers having big games in his absence, the rookie wide out should feel confident that even with missed time, the Steelers can still win.
As the day goes on, more and more Steelers will make their excitement known. But, like always, victory Monday means back to work on Tuesday. With a big game against the Bengals coming up and the top of the AFC still in sight, Pittsburgh is no where near satisfied with their season.
But, it’s always nice to celebrate a close win.
