The Pittsburgh Steelers remain a six-point favorite over the Cincinnati Bengals in their Week 13 Monday Night Football matchup.

The Steelers have been red hot in primetime this season and with a struggling Bengals team in their upcoming game, Pittsburgh looks to push their winning streak to seven games. Despite this being an AFC North rivalry, the Steelers are still a favorite on Monday night.

According to the sports books in Las Vegas, the Steelers started anywhere from a 7.5-6.5 favorite against the Bengals. Now, the Steelers have dropped to only a six point favorite, but are still considered a heavy favorite against their division opponent.

Even if the Steelers are only a touchdown favorite in Week 13, the expectations should be higher. The Steelers have been on fire in prime time this season and the Bengals are less than impressive thus far. Although no matchup between these two is guaranteed, Cincinnati just doesn’t appear to be the same threat they have been in years past to Pittsburgh.

Already having a 1-0 season lead over the Bengals, Pittsburgh is looking to keep their AFC lead over the New England Patriots and carry an eight-game winning streak to Foxborough. Despite the Bengals being this week’s target, the Steelers are certainly looking forward to playing their AFC leading counterpart.

The Bengals always pose a threat to Pittsburgh, but if there’s people out there expecting this to be closer than six points, you’re likely wrong. The Steelers firepower is going to be too much for the Bengals. Whether that means they beat them by one touchdown or ten isn’t certain, but it’s a good guess to bet on them winning by at least seven points.

Next: The Steelers cannot look ahead just yet

Don’t expect an easy game, but against Cincy, definitely look for the Steelers to take control at some point in this one.
