Back-to-back AFC North primetime showdowns for the Pittsburgh Steelers as they take on the Baltimore Ravens at home in Week 14.

Without Ryan Shazier, the Steelers will try to keep full focus on the game while putting their missing teammate in the back of their minds. It’s clear to say that this team will be fighting for their injured teammate as Shazier continues to fight his way back to health.

Week 14 could be the division clincher for the Steelers. A victory over the Ravens would hand Pittsburgh the AFC North for the second straight year. While this game doesn’t mean as much in terms of division, it’s a significant game for the Steelers regarding the AFC.

A win over Baltimore keeps Pittsburgh ahead of New England in the AFC. As a top seed, the conference would have to come through Heinz Field to get to the Super Bowl. For a team who thrives at home like the Steelers do, keeping homefield advantage will go a long way come playoff time.

Against the Ravens, this could be a ground and pound type of day. Ben Roethlisberger has exceeded all doubters over the last two weeks, but the Ravens defense is scrappy, which could put the ball in Le’Veon Bell’s hands a lot this week.

Pittsburgh should have the upper hand in this one. Downtown is rocking, Sunday Night Football is set up, and the Steelers are looking to represent their recovering teammate against their oldest rival. Add on that this is a warmup before they take on the Patriots in Week 15 and you have a stage the Steelers have been waiting for all season.

Expect a good game, as always, when these two AFC North rivals square off. It’ll be hard-hitting, but clean, like usual. But with so much on the line for the Steelers, they should find a way to keep this winning streak alive in Week 14.
