Joe Haden

Joe Haden has resected his career in the Steel City and is going to be a huge singing for years to come. The 28-year-old was the difference between a rebuilding defense and a top tier defense. It wasn’t his stat line that made the difference, but his play on the field.

When Haden and Artie Burns were on the outside, this defense became a threat to any quarterback. Most passers didn’t challenge Haden’s side, and his ability to cover looked to be just as strong as it’s ever been.

People were upset when Haden inked his 3yr/$27 million contract, but after a season it’s clear it was the right choice. For the next two-years, he’s the guy opposite of Artie Burns, and after one year in the Burgh, everyone should be excited about it.
