Round 3, Pick 92: Dante Pettis, WR Washington

The Pittsburgh Steelers have shown they know how to draft receivers. With them treating this year as if Martavis Bryant will be gone after the season, and rightfully so.

Planning for that situation is always a plus, especially when Antonio Brown and Juju Smith-Schuster are the only two major receivers left under contract after 2018.

Pettis is a well-rounded receiver with solid hands and great route running. He never put up 1,000 yards but he did have 1,583 yards and 22 touchdowns in his final two years in college.

His return ability is elite and could help him being drafted. Return ability is not looked at as closely anymore with the game shying away so this won’t be a sole factor in him being drafted but could help.
