The Pittsburgh Steelers head into Week 2 against the Kansas City Chiefs with some value in fantasy football.

Quarterback

Ben Roethlisberger: Start

Big Ben should be a starter in virtually every league after a poor showing in week 1. He did suffer an injury against the Browns that might keep him out this week. If he plays the stars seem aligned for Ben to put up a lot of points this week.

The Chiefs secondary is simply not very good. On top of that the team seems set up to play in a ton of high scoring shootouts this year, a good thing for QB fantasy production. Finally, the game is also at home which leads me to expect a bounce back from Ben.

Running Back

Le’Veon Bell: Sit

He isn’t even on the team’s depth chart anymore.

James Conner: Start

I think James Conner proved he can be a solid fantasy back with a huge game in week one. I don’t expect him to keep up that pace, but at this point, he is a must-start in Bell’s absence. It is probably too much to expect 30+ touches with regularity, but week one proved he should get plenty of volume and is capable of making the most of it.
