The Pittsburgh Steelers take on the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 2 as they return home from a poor performance against the Cleveland Browns. Here’s how to watch.

It wasn’t the start the Steelers wanted, but with Week 2 behind them, they’ll move on looking for their first win of the season. 2018 is still a promising one, and they showed there’s plenty of potential on this roster.

On both sides of the ball, the Steelers are hoping to improve following Week 1. Despite unpleasant weather conditions and an AFC North rival crowd, Pittsburgh’s expectations were higher than a tie.

In Week 2, they’ll look to prove their slow start was simply that. Kansas City poses a much larger threat than the Browns, and a convincing win could show the league this team hasn’t gone anywhere. But they’ll need to click on offense and defense to make this happen.

Ben Roethlisberger is hoping to bring home a different outcome for his game. Three interceptions almost cost his team the game. However, the last three times No. 7 has thrown three interceptions in a game, he followed that performance with a win.

On defense, they’ll be looking to continue their growth from Week 1. The pass rush was impactful, starting with T.J. Watt’s three sacks. Without Joe Haden, the secondary will need to respond, but overall, should be sound enough to slow Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs’ passing attack.

Being able to say this game belongs to Pittsburgh is impossible, but there is good reason to believe this season is just now getting started. The team would like to forget Week 1 as much as everyone else, and they’ll assure the league it’s behind them in their home opener.
