There are hot seats within the Pittsburgh Steelers organization. Some well-known, some not so surfaced. But at the end of it, this team needs to adjust before jobs are lost.

No one expected a 0-1-1 start to the 2018 season. An offseason of hype brought nothing but excitement to the organization and the fans. But since opening kickoff in Cleveland, this team has began to slide.

After two weeks, people are beginning to look for solutions. But you can’t fix anything without identifying the problems. The issue in Pittsburgh, is that there are four people who are to blame. All of which are on the hot seat.

From coaches to players, the issues within this team are not singled out to one person. Instead, they’re spread to four names that may be on the verge of losing their jobs.

Panic mode has yet to set in, but this team is moving very close. Another poor performance and people will begin to worry. Not that they haven’t started. But full-blown chaos has not started, and this team cannot be cautious enough to hold the fans back from giving up.

The season is young, and there is still time to fix the issues within the team. But people need to be made aware of hot seats, and all eyes are on these four names.
