Mike Tomlin

People want to blame Mike Tomlin, and finally, after years of people talking about how unqualified he is, it may finally be true. Tomlin is not to blame for all of this, but he does need to take some responsibility.

This team wasn’t ready for the regular season, for the second-straight year. But this season, they’re without a star running back, and the defense looks worse than ever. No one knows exactly why this team refuses to play well, and that all comes back to Tomlin.

The head coach is responsible for all actions of the team. The last two years, Tomlin has tried to steer away from the drama, but it’s continued to build up. There are distractions on this team, and they’re going to get worse the more they lose.

Tomlin may not be fired before the end of the season, but if this doesn’t get better, you have to start wondering how hot Tomlin’s seat can get.
