2. Baltimore Ravens

After demolishing the Bills in Week 1, the Ravens fell flat against their divisional foe on Thursday Night Football. Joe Flacco had a decent game, throwing for 376 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. The problem was their running attack, only rushing for 66 total yards.

John Brown made fantasy owners happy with his four catch, 96 yards, and one touchdown performance. However, the Bengals defense managed three turnovers and four sacks en route to a victory.

Baltimore looks like a team with potential, but they must remain consistent on both sides of the ball. In two games so far, the Ravens scored 70 points, but managed only two sacks and one turnover. Up next is a game against the 2-0 Broncos, so they definitely need to even themselves out before kickoff.

1. Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals have their first 2-0 start since 2015. The Bengals have a quarterback who threw for 265 yards and four touchdowns. The Bengals sit atop the AFC North this week and they deserve all of it.

Taking care of business at home on a short week was a piece of cake for this pumped up Cincinnati team. The only downside to their surge of dominance is the loss of Joe Mixon (knee) for a couple of weeks.

The defense has mad a statement as well, recording six sacks, three fumbles, and three interceptions in two games this season. The Bengals are in the right position for the time being. As Week 3 peaks on the horizon, there’s a lot of football left to play. Can a road game against Cam Newton and the Panthers be the next stepping stone to a successful season in Cincinnati?
