AFC North Power Rankings: Baltimore Ravens fly high
By Alex Fasano
T-3. Cleveland Browns (1 – 1 – 1)
635 days later, it finally happened! The Cleveland Browns have won their first game of the season, and in such dramatic fashion. Baker Mayfield, the savior of a city, shined in his NFL debut. Entering with a minute left in the first half, he comes down and helps put three points on the board.
Second half, its time to bake! Mayfield finished with 201 yards and no scores, but he wet 17-23 with most, if not all, of those incompletions being dropped passes. Carols Hyde stepped up big with 98 yards and two scores.
On the other end, the Browns defense made a statement too, picking off Sam Darnold twice and causing a fumble as well. Cleveland heads to the black hole to meet the Raiders at 4:05 (EST). If these Brownies are the real deal, they should hold Beastmode to under 100 yards and pick off Derek Carr twice.
